Chuck is a Road Runners Club of America ( RRCA ) Certified Race Director

Recipient of the 2020 RRCA’s “ H. Ross Browning – Spirit of the RRCA “ National Award

Chuck has been a leader in the production of run/walk events in the metro New Orleans area for over 35 years

Directed to date over 1000 run/walk events. .

Chuck is always open to and is often requested by other event Directors to provide idea’s, assistance and recommendations. Staff and volunteers dedicated to making each event coordinated by NORSI a quality production are what makes NORSI a leader in run/walk event production.
